STEP 2 — YOUR PROFILE
Tell FORGE About You

Enter your name, age, height, weight, and gender. FORGE uses this to personalize everything — from workout intensity to calorie targets.

STEP 3 — SET YOUR GOAL
Pick What You're Training For

Choose from Build Muscle, Get Stronger, Summer Physique, Tone & Shape, Fat Loss, Cardio & Endurance, or General Fitness. This drives exercise selection, volume, and AI coaching.

STEP 4 — EXPERIENCE & SCHEDULE
How You Train

Select your experience level (beginner, intermediate, advanced) and training schedule (3-on/1-off, 5-day, flexible, etc). This controls rep ranges, intensity techniques, and rest recommendations.

STEP 5 — EQUIPMENT
What You Have Access To

Full commercial gym, home gym, or minimal (dumbbells only). FORGE filters the entire exercise pool to only show movements you can actually do with your setup.

Pick an AI provider and create an API key. This is what powers AI workouts, meal scanning, and coaching. You pay the AI provider directly — FORGE never touches your billing.
